  • In researching accountability, the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) found that individuals have a 65% chance of reaching a goal when they have an accountability partner.

    The same study shows that your chance of successfully reaching a goal rises to 95% when you establish an ongoing appointment with your accountability partner.

It emphasises daily support and personalised routines, helping clients build sustainable habits without relying on fad diets or rigid workout plans. By focusing on consistency and real-life adaptability, the method aims to empower individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals with lasting results.

I am a CPD-accredited Accountability Coach, NASM-qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, and a huge believer in the power of feeling good in your body at any age. As I get older, my focus has shifted toward health, energy, and longevity, not quick fixes. I’m passionate about helping others fall in love with a healthy lifestyle that fits their life!

I live by Lake Zurich with my husband and my two boys. I love running, swimming, hiking, lifting weights, CrossFit and (my latest obsession) HYROX fitness racing. Whether I’m coaching, training, or cheering my clients on, I bring real-life energy, structure, and heart to everything I do

  • It’s personalised support to help you stay consistent with your health and fitness goals. I provide daily check-ins, planning help, structure, and motivation so you don’t fall off track when life gets busy.

  • Not at all. Many of my clients are just starting out or getting back into fitness after a long break. This is about building from where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

  • It’s about your personal goal. While weight loss can be a very valid goal, I also love to focus on energy, consistency, strength, and long-term health. It’s about feeling good in your body and making healthy habits stick.

  • Not necessarily, it depends on your goal and if you enjoying tracking or not. I help you understand your nutrition in a way that works for you whether that’s tracking, intuitive eating, or just building better habits. It’s flexible and realistic.

  • I’ll always tailor your plan to suit your needs, energy levels, and any limitations you have. My goal is to make fitness work for you, not the other way around. That said, if you have an injury that prevents you from exercising, please consult your doctor before signing up to my coaching

  • We check in daily via WhatsApp or messages, with weekly emails and real-time support when you need it (between 7:00 and 22:00, six days a week). I’m basically your pocket coach.

  • IYou can choose a plan that suits your goals and lifestyle 12, 8, or 4 weeks. Some clients start with 4 weeks to build momentum, while others commit to 12 weeks for bigger, long-term change. We’ll chat about what makes the most sense for you.
