I am a CPD-accredited Accountability Coach, NASM-qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, and a huge believer in the power of feeling good in your body at any age. As I get older, my focus has shifted toward health, energy, and longevity, not quick fixes. I’m passionate about helping others fall in love with a healthy lifestyle that fits their life!

I live by Lake Zurich with my husband and my two boys. I love running, swimming, hiking, lifting weights, CrossFit and (my latest obsession) HYROX fitness racing. Whether I’m coaching, training, or cheering my clients on, I bring real-life energy, structure, and heart to everything I do
